Surprise, surprise. Cowardly Iraqi 'boots' on the ground, and US air power are not enough to defeat ISIS

The Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff is not afraid to say that it will take real boots on the ground in addition to massive air power to rid the world of ISIS. At least he hasn't been bought off yet.
